2. Services & Project Scopes

HYVORA provides technology engineering and digital solutions, which include:

  • Custom Software & Web Applications: Full-stack web development, frontend interfaces, APIs, and database engineering.
  • Mobile Applications: Cross-platform and native iOS and Android application development.
  • HYVORA EduERP Suite: Cloud SaaS educational management platform for colleges and coaching academies.
  • AI Solutions & Automation: Custom automated workflows, CRM integrations, and conversational agents.
  • UI/UX Design & Digital Growth: Visual branding, interface design systems, and digital optimization.

Specific project deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and financial schedules for custom engineering are detailed in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or commercial contracts agreed with clients.

3. Intellectual Property

A. HYVORA Intellectual Property:

All website text, graphics, logos, branding, pre-existing code modules, proprietary architectures, and the HYVORA EduERP core software remain the intellectual property of HYVORA and its licensors.

B. Custom Client Deliverables:

Upon full payment of all agreed project milestone fees under a Statement of Work, intellectual property rights for the bespoke deliverables developed specifically for the client are assigned or licensed to the client in accordance with the governing project agreement.

C. Client Content:

Clients retain ownership of all content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided to HYVORA for the execution of services.

4. Acceptable Use of Website

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from proprietary platforms or APIs without authorization.
