- Technical Logs: Standard web server log data such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and timestamp of access for operational monitoring and security purposes.
- Local Storage Preferences: Your selected cookie preferences and interface state stored directly in your browser’s

- Hosting & CDN: Vercel Inc. hosts the web application and serves static assets.
- Enquiry Routing: Form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script and recorded in secure Google Workspace spreadsheets.
- AIRA AI Assistant: Messages typed into the AIRA chat widget are processed via the Groq API to generate conversational responses based on our predefined knowledge base. We do not transmit background identity records to Groq beyond what you type in the chat prompt.
